If you need to request a cancellation, please be aware that we can move your reservation to a future cruise date for a cruise of equal length. This option is at no charge and will not incur any additional fees. You may also request that the reservation be converted to a Voucher. This will generate an email with a Voucher Code that can be used to discount the amount paid for the unused reservation off of your next reservation. If neither of these is an option, please submit a Cancellation Request using the form on this page. Include the name under which the reservation was booked, the Ship and the Cruise Date and Reservation ID if you have it.
