Terms of Service

Shuttles depart every 30 minutes or when full, whichever comes first.
***The last shuttle departs at 2:00 PM. Gates close at 2:30. Customers that arrive after 2:00PM will likely be denied boarding by the cruise lines.***
***Returning customers will need to present the small ticket they are given when they check in in order to board the shuttle from the terminal to the parking lot.***
***If your parking includes shuttle service, that covers up to 5 passengers per vehicle.
There will be an additional $10 per person surcharge after 5 passengers.
*** In the event of a weather or other delay in ship arrival, parking will be on a first come, first serve basis. Spaces become available as returning passengers get their vehicles and depart. Your credit card will be charged at the time of reservation.

***REGULAR CANCELLATIONS***
Cancellations must be made 48 hours or more prior to departure. CANCELLATION REQUESTS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING VIA THE 'CONTACT US' FORM ON OUR WEBSITE. A $15.00 cancellation fee will be assessed on all cancellations. No Show reservations will not receive a refund. Lighthouse Parking is not responsible for damages due to natural disasters.

***WEATHER CANCELLATIONS***
Any cancellation requests for cruises that experience a weather delay of 1 day or more but still sail will be subject to the cancellation fee. Cancel requests of this kind must be submitted the day that the delay is announced by the cruise line. Lighthouse Cruise Parking is not responsible for cruise delays, There are no partial refunds for delayed cruises.

***CATASTROPHIC EVENT CANCELLATIONS***
Any cancellation requests due to catastrophic events that result in long term stoppage of cruise line operations such as the Covid-19 outbreak, a natural disaster that closes the Galveston cruise terminal for an extended period or other similar event will be placed in a queue and be processed in the order they were received upon the resumption of normal operations. Customers will also have the option of transferring their reservation to a future date at no cost. In the case of an event that causes mass cancellations, a $5.00 fee will be assessed to cover the costs incurred to process the original transaction.

***POSITIVE COVID TEST CANCELLATIONS***
Please let us know as soon as possible. If we don't hear from you until the day of your cruise that you won't be coming, there won't be anything we can do. If we're contacted at least the day before, then your reservation will be transferable to a future date for a cruise of equal length. You'll need to contact us at least 2 weeks prior to your new cruise to request a transfer. If you elect to request a cancellation instead of a transfer, the standard cancellation fee will apply. Promo Codes can only be applied NEW reservations. - No credits can be applied to reservations booked before the code(s) became active. Only one discount program can be applied to each reservation.

Example. Either a Coupon Code OR a DV discount can be used, not both. Lighthouse Parking may from time to time send out informational and promotional emails to our customers. Customers will have the option to opt out of receiving any additional emails from Lighthouse. Lighthouse Parking assumes no liability for damage to luggage incidental to normal use and handling, nor any liability for vehicle damage resulting from contact between two customer's vehicles.

I’m so glad we went with Lighthouse! When we arrived we were directed to a parking space. Our bags were then loaded onto the shuttle by the staff. They shuttled us to the terminal and unloaded our bags. After we disembarked the ship they were waiting for us. They loaded and unloaded our bags once again. Everyone was very polite and helpful. Highly recommend them!
